Appromimately one month. After meeting with RBC and discussing your project, we submit your plans to our list of subcontractors and supplies to quote on, allowing two weeks for them to be received by RBC.

Allow then for a further two weeks for RBC to complie the most competitive prices and work with the suppliers and subcontractors to find compromises in their totals, before presenting the final quote to you.

We embarked on an ambitious project more than 18 months ago, and chose RBC to build our home for several reasons.  Alex and I appreciated the honest & practical approach, professional conduct, forthright opinions (when asked) and guidance throughout the building process.  We had been warned by friends that building a custom designed house would be time consuming, draining & arduous, however, I am pleased to report we experienced the opposite.  Simon & Glenn were ‘hands on” and organized, offered innovative solutions to any design changes we required, kept us fully informed throughout the build, and allowed us to create a home we are extremely proud of.

As a contractor who works in the building industry, I am fortunate enough to see dozens of high quality homes every year.  I also witness many dubious building practices, and how a poorly run job can result in cost & time over-runs, and adversely affect the value of a new home.  Having seen several RBC Homes, and having dealt with Simon & Glenn in the past, I did not even bother to entertain using another builder.  My confidence in RBC achieving our dream was vindicated, and we could not be happier with the result.
