From the formal quotation which was both precise and professionally presented to the way in which the RBC builders attention to detail, we were confident in our decision and this has proved to be the case. The director, Simon Craig, was at arm’s length throughout the entire process. His ideas were innovative but practical. I have had numerous follow-ups with him since the project has been completed which shows me that they are interested in you well beyond the completion handover.
